Allusion is not Illusion

You'll pry my books off my cold, dead body. By the time you shift them all I'll be flat and dessicated.

Midsummer Knight - Gregory Rogers Bear has an adventure without Boy, this time wandering through the forest into a fairy castle with some nods to Midsummer Night's Dream (mostly in the person of the little flying sidekick whom I guess is supposed to be Puck, although he wasn't puckish in personality) where he rescues the inhabitants from prison and restores their treasure.

This story was wordless and drawn out in comic-book format panels. I felt like it really wanted to be an animated cartoon short rather than a book.
